H&M uses high-impact advertising space on the Opera Garnier in Paris
When promoting its new swimwear collection in France, H&M made sure it did not go unnoticed. The ad was displayed on a 500 sqm canvas on the Opéra Garnier during the months of April and June 2015.
For H&M, the ad couldn’t have been better placed as it is in close proximity (less than 600m) to two of their stores. H&M achieved fantastic visibility with this campaign, reaching an estimated 250,000 consumers each week – that’s an average of 1 million per month!
The Palais Garnier sits in an exceptional location – in the heart of Paris and at the centre of bustling economic activity. All the major banks’ headquarters are located around the Opéra, as well as numerous department stores such as 'les Galeries Lafayette', theatres, museums and cinemas.
