Purpose of Role

The Campaign Planner will provide quality sales support for the team of account managers and group sales managers and effectively managing all business below £50k.

To be successful in this role you will have exceptional product knowledge of Exterion Media formats, be familiar with all parts of the Exterion Media systems to ensure quick responses and efficient processing of orders and be able to build strong client relationships.  

Duties & Responsibilities

•To deliver proactive sales support to the sales team

•Service the specialists both in London & Manchester

•Inputting orders into Sales force

•Control & input pipeline & opportunities into sales force to ensure accuracy of forecasting and pricing

•Respond to briefs sub £50k

•Utilise data from ABI and DTE to enhance sales proposals and provide Account managers and Business directors with best in class insight

•Providing insight from Route, Touchpoints, MMS and other data sources

•Work on smaller business portfolios to improve average order value and profitability of sale

•Part of a busy sales team that are responsible for achieving a big sales target working across agencies, specialists & clients

•Create new relationships with lower level agency and specialist contacts to ensure we have the best relationships as these individuals move through the organisation

•Ensure Exterion Media feature highly (Top 2) on all specialist surveys

Experience

•College or university graduate   

•6-18 months of media sales experience

Qualifications

•Educated to a good standard in Maths and English

•Media or business qualifications
