  • The Current vacancies section lists all current open vacancies.

    After finding a suitable role, you can click on 'Apply for this role' on the top of the Job Description. 

    You will then be required to fill your personal details in the form, upload your CV and cover letter and click 'Submit'.


  • No, we do not provide company sponsored Visas. Therefore please apply only if you have no restrictions to work in the UK.

    If you are successful in being offered a position with Exterion Media and already have the right to work in the UK, you will be responsible for maintaining your right to work in the UK during your employment.

  • We will happily make any reasonable adjustments that you think might be needed in order for you to participate in your interview.

    Please notify the person who is scheduling your interview in advance by email and also copy Recruitment at recruitment@exterionmedia.co.uk.   

    In your email, please describe your particular needs and what specific adjustments you would require.

  • If there are no current vacancies that interest you, you can still submit your CV to Exterion Media by selecting CV Submission and then choosing 'Speculative Application' from the job title drop-down list.

  • If you are having technical problems submitting your CV via the form on our website (e.g. size of attached file too large, CAPTCHA does not appear correctly etc), emailjobs@exterionmedia.co.uk explaining the issue. 

    Please also attach your CV and Cover letter.

  • We would encourage your CV to be no longer than a two page Word or PDF document, one page for a Covering Letter and up to 8MB for your Portfolio or any other design work attachment.

  • If your CV matches our requirements, our Recruitment team will contact you directly.

    If you don’t hear back from us within 2 weeks, this might mean that your profile unfortunately was not short listed for this particular position.

    Depending on the job you are applying for, we use a combination of interviews, presentations, tests and technical assessments.

    Initially you should expect to speak on the phone or meet in person with either the hiring manager or HR.

    This will be followed by one or more face to face meetings depending on the job vacancy.

    We will then assess your overall interview performance & any test scores, and do our best to provide feedback within 5 working days.

  • We will confirm your interview at least 2 days in advance, so to allow you sufficient time to prepare.

    Before coming along for an interview, please visit the Exterion Media website and other sources you consider appropriate, to learn more about our Company, our products, our services and our people.

    In the unlikely event you have not received a copy of the Job Description, please ask us to provide you with one. At your interview, don't hesitate to ask any questions about the role and share your views.

    Also, please ensure you bring at least one form of identification with you for verification purposes, i.e.: valid passport or driver's license.

  • Yes, our employment offers are conditional upon successful reference checks. For that reason we have partnered with an independent provider to carry out background checks on our behalf.

  • Although we don't have a specific programme in place, we do advertise vacancies for recent graduates. Occasionally, an internship might become available which will be also shown on our on our Company's Careers website under the Current Vacancies tab.


We will retain your resume in our files to review for future openings for up to six months. Should another position that matches your profile becomes available; we will not hesitate to contact you.
