Account Manager

The Account Manager will provide exceptional levels of service to agencies,

clients & key influencers with Exterion Media (Franchisees, TFL, Production,

traders & agency team). They will be responsible for delivering exemplary

customer service. This role demands proactivity, enthusiasm, passion and

an unerring willingness to get deals done.


Measures of success

  • Hit Sales Targets
  • Meet call rates (minimum 10 per week)
  • Understand & evangelise on all elements of the Exterion Media portfolio: Bus, London Underground, National Rail & Retail
  • Develop product knowledge to a high standard
  • Proficiency in creating quality pitch work to win business
  • Cultivate strong relationships & respect from clients & agencies


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accurate forecasting of business pipeline both short and long term with Sales Force
  • Develop excellent relationships with clients internal and external
  • Ability to bring to life Exterion portfolio with relevant solutions for briefs and development of proactive ideas
  • Sell the Outdoor medium alongside other media and against other media to win business
  • Exceptional negotiation and selling in order to maintain trading rates & focus on securing high volume deals
  • Achieve minimum of 10 meetings per week

  • Strong understanding of Outdoor
  • At least 2 years direct face to face sales experience

  • A-Level: 3 Subjects A-C
  • Degree: Honours
