Purpose of the role

Exterion Media are looking to recruit a telemarketer to help grow the UK business. The role entails contacting businesses from an agreed prospect database by phone, and then qualifying and organising face to face meetings for Account Managers to attend. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join an award winning business who is a key player in OOH, and to help build on its already outstanding achievements.

Measures of success

  • Generation of new business opportunities to increase sales and contribute to continued overall company growth, helping Exterion to stay ahead of OOH industry growth
  • Becoming a trusted team member
  • Achieving the key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Providing the business director with weekly prospect sheet and monthly reports
  • Arranging 25 new sales appointments per week
  • Contributing to team and individual sales targets 
  • Maintain a high standard of customer care at all times in a client facing (telephone) role.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Keeping internal CRM System (Salesforce) up to date and maintain hot prospect client list
  • Widen regions customer base by appointing prospective advertise
  • Grow and develop Exterion Media Brand within region 
  • Providing availability, proposals, spec art, artwork and any other related queries associated with the sales cycle
  • Be aware of opportunities to up-sell Exterion Media products at all times
  • Handle all incoming enquiries in an efficient manner and convert to appointments
  • Plan and deliver co-ordinated marketing campaigns
  • Administrative support to account managers as and when required including problem solving and day to day Salesforce admin
  • Handling Customer queries and complaints and taking action
  • Awareness of competitive media products (e.g. audience statistics and key selling points of a local radio station) on their patch and their unique selling points (USP)
