About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Support Analyst to join our enthusiastic and proactive team. In this role you will be a key team member by supporting the digital advertising estate, which includes monitoring estate campaigns for potential issues, completing daily checks, raising investigations and resolving incidents.
This role is also expected to work a regular night shift pattern from home.

Role Responsibilities 
• Actively monitor the health of the digital estate
• Identify and create incident tickets on ITSM tool
• Ownership of 2nd line incident management
• Investigate incidents and maintain up to date ticket history
• Escalate incidents to 3rd line vendor support
• Answer support telephone and assist 3rd line support
• Identify and order parts from approved suppliers when required
• Resolve incidents and close incident tickets
• Identify and implement fixes in line with change management process
• Resolve problems and document fixes and workaround in full technical detail
• Create and plan changes on ITSM tool
• Implement change in line with scheduled change windows

Individual Attributes
• BTEC National Diploma or equivalent level 3 qualification in IT or higher
• Microsoft Exam: Installing & Configuring Windows 10, Server 2008 or later
• Demonstrated experience supporting the Microsoft Windows desktop environment
• Previous experience using remote management tools 
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Embraces change and demonstrates adaptability
• Excellent attention to detail and enjoys technical challenges
• Flexibility for occasional site visits across UK.
