About the Role

Our team is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our business. This is a great opportunity to put your administrative experience to great use and provide excellent operational support for Exterion Media’s posting operation (across TFL & DLR network)

Role Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate station and track access booking and checking
  • Assist in ensuring the warehouse, poster preparation and material activities run smoothly
  • Assisting with booking required courses and ensure correct operational certifications and licences are maintained and held securely with accurate records
  • Booking required TFL and other network access & checking them daily
  • Liaising effectively with TFL, Night fixing teams and contractors
  • Collection recording, chasing collections and recording pallet levels in the compound and organising returning empty paste containers
  • Stock management and ordering relevant materials and stationary supplies as required
  • Daily site walk around, Fire Alarm Testing and liaising with cleaner on a regular basis
  • Enter and processing purchase orders and invoices

Individual Attributes
  • Experience in an office environment with a sales or admin role
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (i.e. MS Excel) is required, with an eagerness to learn additional computer programs.
  • Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of business
  • Experience in being well organised and detail oriented with demonstrated effective time-management and follow-up skills
  • An ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, adapt and work under pressure
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to independently solve problems
