Connect 2018 data and insight

Throughout October and November, we hosted several Connect 2018 events at the disused Aldwych Underground station, a brilliant venue we were lucky enough to be able to use through our Hello London partnership with TfL. We looked back at the fantastic year we have had, our favourite campaigns, new products, launches and wins. Although this was a station of the past, we were also there to talk about the future and our exciting plans across 2018.

At Exterion Media, we’re focused on building data rich environments for brands and people to connect. We do this through delivering smart and efficient campaigns to the right audiences, and ultimately driving smarter connections through data.

How are we making these ‘smarter connections’?

Through our focus on enhanced service and automation, we are focused on listening, delivering and growing with our partners. Our Group Chief Technology Officer, Josko Grljevic, is leading our transition to becoming a Digital Media Company, and how we can automate processes to make working with us as efficient as possible.

We’re constantly developing our data and insight offering. Data is a fundamental pillar of our strategy and through our many partnerships, including Hello London, we have an incredible breadth of data, giving us an unrivalled understanding of urban audiences. It has been a stellar year for our award-winning Research team also, with the continued success of our 11,000 online urban panel, the launch of our new Research and Data menu and new audience insights as a part of our Engagement Zone study.

And finally, through expansion and growth across the UK. In London, we have had a huge year with incredible campaigns, the launch of DX3 and our Digital Buses. Across the UK we have seen a huge amount of growth, winning two new contracts – South Western Rail and SPT. We have also launched Exterion Live, and seen some incredible campaigns delivered, including the award-winning Lucozade activation.

It’s been a fantastic year for us at Exterion Media, and we look forward to a bigger and better 2018!
